Visits for more than 3 pets evaluated on an individual basis.
$5.00 Late Fee for every visit scheduled less than 24 hours in advance
$15.00 charge to transport pets or pick up food or medicine

Clients can schedule as many visits as they feel are necessary for their pets, and they can specify the times the visits will be made. Each visit lasts an average of 30 minutes, frequently longer.

Melissa Dafnis has been a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and has had many years of experience working with dogs and cats. During this time she has attended seminars, taken classes, read and studied to learn about canine and feline behavioral problems and their solutions. She has helped many people overcome their pets' troubling behavior so that both the pet and their caretaker could live long happy lives together in peace and harmony.

Many dogs have already enjoyed the benefits of staying at Melissa's house while their guardians were out of town.
Camp Melissa offers a large fenced yard, a doggie door so dogs have access to the outside during the day, a gated kitchen area (where dogs can "stay out of trouble"), and a big queen-sized bed for canine guests to share at night with Melissa.
The secret to happiness at Camp Melissa is that every dog gets spoiled - it's like a vacation for your pet!
Call any time to set up an appointment to see the accomodations. There are no set drop-off or pick-up times, we are flexible about scheduling.
The only requirements are that your dog be up-to-date on immunizations, and that they get along with other dogs, especially the in-house resident Rita.

Reiki Therapy
Reiki is a method of energy healing using the hands either above or softly laid upon a person or animal. It is something that animals respond to well, since many of them seem to have keen intuitive abilities and are sensitive to energy fields.
